Method
- Brew the Coffee:
- Brew 2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine, or make 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee using your coffee maker. Let the coffee cool slightly.
- Prepare the Glass:
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. If you want an extra coffee kick without dilution, use coffee ice cubes made by freezing leftover coffee in an ice cube tray.
- Add Vanilla Syrup:
- Pour 1-2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup over the ice. Adjust the amount based on your desired sweetness. You can also add a drop of vanilla extract for an extra vanilla flavor.
- Add the Coffee:
- Pour the freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee over the ice and vanilla syrup.
- Add Almond Milk:
- Slowly pour the almond milk into the glass, watching it mix with the coffee to create a beautiful layered effect. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve:
- Serve the Iced Vanilla Almond Milk Latte immediately. If you like, top with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra treat.
Notes
Customize Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add more vanilla syrup or sweeten the almond milk before adding it to the coffee.
