Banana Blueberry Muffins
Banana Blueberry Muffins are a delightful combination of sweet bananas and juicy blueberries, making them perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with butter or cooking spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
Combine Mixtures and Add Blueberries:
Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fold in the blueberries gently to avoid crushing them.
Bake:
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour.
