Prepare the Biscuit Crust
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Flatten and press the biscuit dough into a large circle on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Ensure the edges are slightly raised to hold the toppings.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until lightly golden but not fully cooked.
Cook the Sausage Gravy
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Remove about half of the sausage and set it aside for topping.
Sprinkle the flour over the remaining sausage in the skillet and stir to coat.
Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly, and cook until the gravy thickens. Add black pepper to taste.
Prepare the Eggs
In a bowl, whisk the eggs until fully blended.
Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then add the eggs.
Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set but still soft.
Assemble the Breakfast Pizza
Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the partially baked biscuit crust.
Layer the scrambled eggs on top of the gravy.
Sprinkle the reserved sausage crumbles evenly over the eggs.
Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and Serve
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
