Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or sliced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens spinach, arugula, or spring mix
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • For the Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
