Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is a simple yet flavorful side dish that transforms humble cauliflower into a golden, cheesy delight.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Prepare for Roasting
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Season the Cauliflower
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
  • Add the Parmesan
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss gently to ensure each piece is coated.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring the pieces are not overcrowded for even roasting.
  • Roast the Cauliflower
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through. Roast until the florets are golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish and Serve
  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired. Serve warm.
