Prepare for Roasting
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Season the Cauliflower
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
Add the Parmesan
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and toss gently to ensure each piece is coated.
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring the pieces are not overcrowded for even roasting.
Roast the Cauliflower
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through. Roast until the florets are golden brown and crispy.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired. Serve warm.
