Cucumber bites
Cucumber bites are a refreshing and healthy snack option, perfect for parties, gatherings, or a nutritious treat on a hot day.
- 1 large cucumber sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
- Paprika or chili powder for garnish
- Fresh parsley finely chopped
Prepare the Cucumber: Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds. Optionally, you can scoop out a small portion from the center of each round using a teaspoon to create a small well for the hummus.
Add Hummus: Spoon or pipe the hummus onto each cucumber slice.
Garnish: Sprinkle a little paprika or chili powder over the hummus for a touch of color and flavor. Top with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Serve: Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
