- Prepare the Cucumber: Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds. Optionally, you can scoop out a small portion from the center of each round using a teaspoon to create a small well for the hummus.
- Add Hummus: Spoon or pipe the hummus onto each cucumber slice.
- Garnish: Sprinkle a little paprika or chili powder over the hummus for a touch of color and flavor. Top with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
- Serve: Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
