Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Vegetables:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber slices, tomato wedges, and sliced onion.
  • Make the Dressing:
  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables in the mixing bowl. Gently toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Chill and Serve:
