Cook the Pasta:
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables:

Combine Ingredients:
Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat everything in the sauce.

Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
