Easy Cranberry Brie Bites

These Easy Cranberry Brie Bites are the ultimate appetizer for any gathering! Buttery, flaky pastry cradles creamy Brie cheese topped with sweet and tangy cranberry sauce.

Equipment

  • Mini muffin tin
  • Rolling Pin
  • Small spoon
  • Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Optional: Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin lightly or line with paper cups.
  • Prepare the Puff Pastry:
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 12 equal squares.
  • Assemble the Bites:
  • Place each square of puff pastry into the wells of the mini muffin tin, pressing down gently to create a cup shape.
  • Add the Brie and Cranberry Sauce:
  • Place a cube of Brie cheese into each puff pastry cup. Add about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie.
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch, or add a tiny sprig of fresh rosemary for a festive touch.
  • Bake:
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  • Cool and Serve:
  • Allow the bites to cool slightly before removing them from the tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
