Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional, for topping
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Ground Beef:
  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  • Sauté the Aromatics:
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  • Add Liquids and Seasonings:
  • Stir in the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  • Cook the Pasta:
  • Add the elbow macaroni to the pot and stir well. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
  • Finish and Serve:
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. If desired, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
