- 4 cups frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced bell peppers optional
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken or turkey sausage optional
- 6 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk whole or 2%
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Prepare the Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Layer the Ingredients
Spread the hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese, onions, bell peppers, and optional cooked sausage over the hash browns.
Make the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
