French Toast Sticks

For the cinnamon sugar:
- ½ cup white granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the egg mixture:
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 slices white bread, cut into thirds
- Nonstick spray
First mix the eggs, powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl with a fork until well combined. And then dip each piece of bread into the egg mixture.
Then coat a frying pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat. Place chopsticks in a hot skillet and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes; turn over and cook until browned on the other side, another 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with the second batch.
