Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the potatoes into small, bite-sized cubes. Set aside.
  • Cook the Ground Beef:

  • Cook the Potatoes:
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and cooked through. If the mixture becomes too dry, you can add a splash of beef broth or water to keep it moist.
  • Serve:
  • Once the potatoes are tender, remove the skillet from the heat. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired. Serve hot as a main dish or as a hearty side.
