Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure beautiful caramelization.
- Wash and peel the carrots, then slice them into uniform sticks.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted and well combined.
- Place the carrot sticks in a mixing bowl and toss with the honey garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Remove from the oven once golden and toss again before serving.
