  • 1 pound fresh carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure beautiful caramelization.
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then slice them into uniform sticks.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted and well combined.
  4. Place the carrot sticks in a mixing bowl and toss with the honey garlic butter sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  2. Remove from the oven once golden and toss again before serving.
