  • 1 loaf of Texas toast thick-sliced bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lay out the slices of Texas toast on the baking sheet.
  • Make the Cheese Mixture:
