In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, chopped bacon (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Wontons:
Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water and fold in half to form a triangle, sealing the edges. You can also fold the edges to make a more pouch-like shape.
Heat the Oil:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Wontons:
Fry the wontons in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried wontons to paper towels to drain.

Serve the jalapeno popper wontons hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or salsa.
