Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish lightly with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Prepare the Chicken:
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Make the Topping:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread the Mixture:
  • Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of each chicken breast using a spatula, covering them completely.
  • Bake the Chicken:
  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve:
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your creamy, flavorful Melt in Your Mouth Chicken!

Notes

Use Thin Chicken Breasts: If your chicken breasts are thick, consider slicing them in half or pounding them to ensure even cooking.
Add Breadcrumbs: Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the mayo mixture for an extra crunchy topping.
Make It Spicy: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
