- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

- 32 ounces 4 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
