Instructions
Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Baking Sheet:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Prepare the Dough:
Divide the pizza dough into small pieces, about the size of a golf ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece into a circle approximately 4 inches in diameter.
Assemble the Pizza Balls:
Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce onto the center of each dough circle (be careful not to overfill).
Add a generous pinch of mozzarella cheese and your chosen toppings to each.
Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal, forming a ball.
Place the pizza balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Season the Pizza Balls:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Brush the olive oil mixture over the tops of the pizza balls to help them turn golden brown and add flavor.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pizza balls are golden and puffed up.
Notes
Allow the pizza balls to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
