Method
 

  1. Prepare the Waffle Batter:

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
