Prepare the Carrots
Peel and slice the carrots into uniform pieces for even cooking. Alternatively, use baby carrots for convenience.
Make the Glaze
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended.
Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker
Place the carrots in the slow cooker and pour the glaze over them. Toss to coat the carrots evenly.
Cook the Carrots
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender.
Serve
Transfer the glazed carrots to a serving dish and spoon the remaining glaze over the top.
