Strawberry Cheesecake Lush Dessert
Strawberry Cheesecake Lush Dessert is a no-bake, layered treat that combines the tangy richness of cheesecake with the sweet, fruity burst of strawberries.
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces whipped topping like Cool Whip
- 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
- 1 box 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until evenly combined. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Let it cool slightly, then pour it gently over the strawberries.
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
