Strawberry Cheesecake Lush Dessert

Strawberry Cheesecake Lush Dessert is a no-bake, layered treat that combines the tangy richness of cheesecake with the sweet, fruity burst of strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 box 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until evenly combined. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Let it cool slightly, then pour it gently over the strawberries.
  • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.
  • Slice into squares and serve chilled.
