- Prepare the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Notes
Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup, whipped cream, or extra strawberries and chocolate chips.
