Texas Toast with Cheese

- 6 slices of thick-cut bread preferably Texas Toast or similar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the Bread:
