Optional: 1/2 teaspoon onion powder for the cheese sauceif making from scratch
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare:
If you prefer toasted buns, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter the inside of each bun and toast on a baking sheet for 3-5 minutes until slightly golden.
Warm the Roast Beef:
Warm the roast beef slices in the microwave or in a skillet over low heat. Be careful not to overcook; you just want to heat them through.
Prepare the Cheddar Cheese Sauce:
If making homemade cheese sauce, gently heat cheddar cheese in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until melted. Add a pinch of onion powder for added flavor.
If using store-bought cheese sauce, simply heat it according to the package instructions.
Assemble the Sliders:
Open each slider bun and lay out the bottoms on a serving tray.
Distribute the warm roast beef evenly among the buns.
Generously ladle or spoon the warm cheddar cheese sauce over the beef on each bun.
Drizzle a small amount of Arby’s Red Ranch Sauce over the cheese.
Notes
Cap the sliders with the top halves of the buns.
Serve immediately while warm.
