- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a grill or skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chicken until fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
- Prepare the Sandwich Spread:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Spread this mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Layer one slice of cheddar cheese, one slice of mozzarella cheese, and one slice of provolone cheese on the unspread side of two slices of bread. Add the sliced chicken on top of the cheese, then cover with the remaining bread slices, spread side out.

- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Cook the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
