This Peach Caprese Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 fresh peaches pitted and sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grill the Chicken:
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  • Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze:
