Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta or any pasta of choice
- 1 lb steak ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
- ½ lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the Steak and Shrimp: Season the steak and shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning each. Make sure both are well coated with the seasoning.
- Cook the Steak: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until nicely browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Set the shrimp aside with the steak.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the noodles. Stir in the steak and shrimp, allowing the flavors to meld together. If the sauce is too thick, you can thin it out with a little pasta water or more cream.
- Serve: Divide the pasta between plates, garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired, and enjoy!
