  • 2 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and additional green onions for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook the Meat:
    • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef or chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add Aromatics and Vegetables:
