  • 6-8 fresh jalapeños seeded and diced (adjust to taste)
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs for topping
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for topping
