EASY BLACKBERRY COBBLER

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
- 2 teaspoons of orange zest.
- 1 cup Gold All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Cream, whipped cream
In a small bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, andorange zest. Leave it for 20 minutes until it becomes a syrup.
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, whisktogether flour, baking powder, melted butter, and milk.
Then pour mixture into an ungreased 8-inch bakingdish
Pour the berry mixture on top and bake for 40-50minutes, until golden brown.
