Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are a delightfully crispy and flavorful side dish that’s coated in a savory mixture of garlic and Parmesan cheese. They’re not heavy or overly greasy either. I think they’re perfect for any meal, and if you’re not a fan of garlic, feel free to adjust the amount.
- 4 large russet potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Potato Wedges:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until they are evenly coated.
Season the Wedges:
In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges and toss until they are well coated.
Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other for even baking.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
