Prepare the Pizza Dough
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 12x10 inches.
Assemble the Stromboli
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Layer your meats (pepperoni, salami, and sausage) on top of the cheese. Add any vegetables you’d like, such as bell peppers and onions.
Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and basil evenly over the top for flavor.
Roll the Stromboli
Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough up into a log shape, making sure to pinch the edges tightly to seal in the fillings.
Place the stromboli seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Prepare for Baking
Brush the top of the stromboli with a beaten egg to give it a golden, shiny crust.
Optional: Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to make a few diagonal slashes on top to allow steam to escape while baking.
Bake the Stromboli
Place the stromboli in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
Serve
Let the stromboli cool for a few minutes before slicing it into individual portions. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
