- Line the baking tray with wax paper or parchmentpaper.
- Then, boil the sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa ina medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and let it boil fora minute. Then it is removed from the fire. We also add the oats, peanutbutter, vanilla, and salt and stir to combine.
- Onthe prepared baking sheet, drop 1 teaspoon of the mixture and leave it at roomtemperature until cool and frozen, about 30 minutes. Finally, refrigerate in anairtight container for up to 3 days.
