Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to hang over the edges for easy removal.
- Prepare the Brownie Layer:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake the Brownie Layer:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
