1 cup BBQ sauce(290 g)
½ cup honey(170 g)
PREPARATION
First, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). And combine in a bowl, flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Then coat the wings in the flour evenly, discarding any excess.
Place the floured wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread them out in a single layer.
Then bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until skin is crispy and golden brown.
Preheat the oven to 500°F (250°C).
Mix BBQ sauce and honey, in a separate bowl. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce and cover them evenly.
Place the coated wings back on the baking tray and spread them out in a single layer.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the sauce, is bubbling and caramelized. Cool and then serve.

Place the wings in a single layer on the prepared pan, skin-side up, leaving a small space between each wing. Brush the top of each wing with a third of a cup of oil. Spread the hot sauce on the oil layer.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven, brushing with juices several times, until wings are browned, 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. An immediate thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165°F (74°C).
Step 4
Remove the tray from the oven and blot the excess fat with paper towels. Spread the barbecue sauce over the top side of the wings.
Step 5
Try to return the wings to the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Spread a second layer of BBQ sauce on the wings; Bake for another 5 minutes.
