  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season the beef: Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef according to the package instructions. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Assemble the casserole: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of the crushed Doritos (about half of the bag). Pour the beef mixture over the Doritos, then top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Add another layer of crushed Doritos on top and finish with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
