Then line two large sheets of baking paper with parchment paper (I like to line my countertop with a large sheet of parchment paper if your work surface is heat-resistant you can also do this instead) and then set it aside.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil (the entire top should be covered in bubbles and simmering vigorously) and then bring to a boil for 60 seconds (be sure to set a timer!) without stirring.
